“Feltham parkrun” is not a public event. It runs inside HMP Feltham as part of the prison’s gym programme and is only open to authorised people. You will find it online, but you cannot turn up and run it.
The nearest free public 5k is Bedfont Lakes parkrun at Bedfont Lakes Country Park, Clockhouse Lane, TW14 8QA, Saturdays at 9am. Organisers describe it as about 100 metres from the prison event, on the other side of the railway. Register once online and the barcode works at any parkrun in the country.

Hounslow Heath Golf Centre is a public 18-hole course owned by Hounslow Council, par 69 over 5,901 yards, open to anyone with no membership required.

Grass and non-turf cricket pitches with practice nets and changing facilities, registered with the London Cricket Trust, plus three tennis courts bookable through the LTA’s Clubspark system. Outdoor basketball and football courts sit in the same grounds, alongside Feltham Assembly Hall.
Feltham ABC, the community amateur boxing club, trains at Springwest Academy, Browells Lane TW13 7EF. PRO MAI MMA Academy runs mixed martial arts from Unit 12, St Lawrence Business Centre, Victoria Road TW13 7LT. Most clubs take complete beginners and do not expect you to own kit for a first session.
London Badminton runs regular organised sessions at Tudor Park Sports and Leisure on the Springwest Academy site.
