What FelthamDeals is

FelthamDeals is a free community website for Feltham, TW13 and TW14 — local business listings, offers, live travel and weather information, news, and other local services information. It is run independently, not by a large company or by the council.

Accuracy of information

We try hard to keep information on this site accurate and up to date, and we verify what we can against official sources (like NHS.uk for health listings, or a business's own confirmation for its details). Even so:

• Business listings, offers, and contact details are provided by the businesses themselves or by the public, and are not independently guaranteed by us.
• Live data (buses, trains, weather, flood warnings, news) comes from third-party public services — we display it as received, but can't guarantee it's always accurate or available.
• Health, council, and other service information is compiled from official public sources but can change — always confirm directly with the business or service before relying on it, especially for anything time-sensitive.

Please don't rely on this site as your only source of information for anything important, medical, or safety-related. In a medical emergency, always call 999. For urgent but non-emergency medical help, call NHS 111.

Submitting information to us

If you submit a business listing, offer, event, or alert through our forms, you confirm that:

• the information you're submitting is accurate and truthful, to the best of your knowledge
• you have the right to submit it (for example, you run or represent the business, or you're reporting something you've genuinely observed)
• you won't submit anything false, misleading, defamatory, illegal, or intended to spam or mislead other users

We review submissions before publishing them where practical, and we can remove or edit anything on the site at our discretion — including content we didn't write ourselves — if it's inaccurate, inappropriate, or breaches these terms.

Business listings and featured placement

Standard business listings on FelthamDeals are free. There is no subscription or payment required to submit or maintain a standard business listing. Businesses can submit their own information, and FelthamDeals may also add local businesses to the directory. A listing is a directory entry and is not an endorsement, accreditation, or guarantee by FelthamDeals.

Featured placement is optional and separate from the free listing. Businesses can choose to feature their business, or a deal or special offer, at the top of the FelthamDeals offers and deals page for £10 a month, with unlimited deals. The paid placement is separate from the business listing itself, which remains free.

• Free business listing. No payment or subscription is required.
• Optional featured placement. £10 a month, with unlimited deals, for promotional placement at the top of the FelthamDeals offers and deals page, with no limit on the number of offers you may post during your subscription.
• Featured placement is a monthly paid service. Not buying a placement does not affect the free business listing.
• Promotion approval. FelthamDeals may review, refuse, edit, pause, or remove a promotion that is misleading, unlawful, inappropriate, unavailable, expired, or inconsistent with these terms.
• Listing review. We may manually review business submissions before publication. A business is not entitled to publication simply because a form has been submitted.
• Owner-submitted listings. A business that submits its own listing does not need to separately claim that listing. The separate claim process is for businesses already listed by FelthamDeals or another source.
• Offers are the business's responsibility. Offer wording, prices, availability, eligibility, expiry dates and conditions are supplied by the business and should be confirmed directly with the business.

We use AI tools in producing this site.

Travel affiliate links

FelthamDeals provides travel search and booking links using Travelpayouts and its travel partner network. We may earn a commission from qualifying bookings or other actions made through eligible links. This does not mean that FelthamDeals operates the airline, hotel, travel agency or booking service itself. Prices, availability, booking conditions and cancellation rules are supplied by the relevant travel provider and can change.

Featured placement — subscription terms

Featured placement at the top of the News page is a recurring monthly subscription of £10. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time. Email us and we will stop the subscription; your placement runs to the end of the month you have paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Standard business listings remain free and are not affected by whether you take featured placement or not.

Advertising

FelthamDeals may display advertising, including Google AdSense. We aim to keep advertising limited and non-intrusive. Advertising and third-party services may involve cookies or similar technologies subject to applicable consent requirements.

Acceptable use

Please don't use FelthamDeals to:

• submit spam, fake listings, or false information
• attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload the site
• scrape or copy the site's content at scale for your own commercial use without asking us first
• impersonate a business or person you're not

Third-party links and services

This site links to and pulls data from external websites and services (businesses' own websites, NHS.uk, TfL, National Rail, council websites, and others). We're not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any external site — once you leave FelthamDeals, their own terms and privacy practices apply.

No liability for loss

FelthamDeals is provided free, on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we don't accept liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, or from relying on information found on it. This doesn't affect any rights you have that can't be excluded under UK law.

Changes to the site or these terms

FelthamDeals is a work in progress and will keep changing and growing. We may update these terms as the site develops — the "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
