♿ What We've Built for Disabled Users
🔴 Keyboard Navigation
Every part of this site can be used with just a keyboard. No mouse required. Use Tab to move between elements, Enter to activate, and Esc to close menus.
🔴 Screen Reader Support
All content is structured with proper HTML headings, ARIA labels, and descriptive text. Icons have hidden labels, and important information is never communicated by colour alone. Works with JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.
🔴 High Contrast & Readability
We aim for strong colour contrast and test key interface elements as part of our accessibility work. We do not claim that every page or component has been independently audited for WCAG conformance. Font sizes are readable, and text can be resized without breaking the layout. No information is hidden behind colour alone — everything has a text label.
🔴 Reduced Motion
If you prefer reduced motion (in your device settings), we respect that. All animations, pulsing "Live" dots, and hover effects are automatically disabled. Nothing moves unless you want it to.
🔴 Clear Forms & Labels
Every form field has a visible label (not just placeholder text). Error messages are clear and announced to screen readers. Fields are logically ordered and easy to navigate.
🔴 Mobile Friendly & Responsive
The site works on phones, tablets, and computers. Text reflows at different sizes, and buttons are large enough to tap easily. No pinch-to-zoom is required — everything fits on screen.
🔴 Skip to Main Content
Where a skip link is provided, it lets keyboard users move directly to the main content without repeatedly moving through navigation. We are reviewing the site to make this behaviour consistent across all pages.
🔴 Business Accessibility Information
For businesses that provide it, we show accessibility details like: wheelchair access, step-free entrance, accessible toilets, accessible parking, assistance dogs, hearing loops, and more. If a business hasn't confirmed these details, we say "Not confirmed" — we never guess.
Accessibility Standard
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 as our main accessibility reference. WCAG 2.2 is designed to improve access across desktop and mobile devices and covers areas including keyboard access, readable content, focus, input and non-text content.
This statement describes our approach; it is not a claim that every part of Feltham Deals currently conforms to every WCAG 2.2 success criterion.

Optional featured placement payments are handled by Stripe's own hosted checkout page, which is built with accessibility features (screen reader support, keyboard navigation, clear error messages). This page is outside our direct control, so if you hit an accessibility problem there, please tell us — we'll help another way if needed.
